Brethren and friends 2Pe 1:2 / 2John 1:3 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of Yahweh God, and of Yahshua the Messiah, Son of the Father, in truth and love.  I bring you my epistle, which is not a new epistle; but one you hopefully have heard before and maybe understood in whole or in part from the beginning of your calling. It could equally be YOUR epistle written from the same information source as mine and delivered to  whomever you meet. It is of The Gospel.  The best Good News the human race has received and for which it was waiting about 4,000 years.    Paul, one of the original apostles of the gospel said Gal 1:8  But though we, or an angel from heaven,

This study is based on Rom 6:14 “.. sin .. dominion .. not under the law; but under grace” and Gal 5:4 “Justification”.  Are we justified by grace or the law? Do believers have to keep the laws of Exodus 20 - 25? Hopefully we shall see both are valid.   Gal 5:4 in context of circumcision.  Gal 5:1  Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. Gal 5:2  Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, (then) Christ shall profit you nothing. Gal 5:3  For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law. Gal 5:4  Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace. Gal 5:5  For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith. Gal 5:6  For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.

A short note on the subject and purpose of Galatians is it has to fit into Paul’s and the apostles other teachings see Acts 16:6; 18:23 which refer to Galatia (see also article Apostles’ Doctrine).  In these places we see Paul’s visit to Galatia is mentioned in the book of Acts and how that visit fits in with his travels. 

Play intro to 1st John from p.c. Well brethren, that is what I am hoping to achieve today, dispelling some untruths about the gospel and Yahoshua. I would have preferred to simply read from the letter without adding or subtracting; but I know many Christians want to be entertained, even with the words of God so I am going to inject with my own words. John’s letter is relatively short and left me sufficient time to mention some other supporting scriptures.  I suppose if simply reading the words were sufficient, there would not be the variety of beliefs among Christians or God’s people.

Written in about A.D. 90 we can tell John wrote this letter by the similarities between

I am sure we have all been discouraged at one time or other in our lives. When we were younger we may have had more fire in our souls that gave strength to our actions; but with any laborious endeavour, if one persist without a rest, it can become draining. Even if the mind remains willing, the body gets hindered and the action non effective.  I am going to cover three sources or areas of blame people attribute to their discouragement which can lead to draining of their mental strength. Ourselves, others and God.  Discouragement is a state of mind attained when one has not achieved what they hoped. Reasons for such could be setting too high a goal, or misunderstanding of circumstances.

Next Wednesday, October 31,  is Halloween of which I am sure you have all heard.  It is another of those annual pagan days celebrated by many in England and around the world.  Television and other advertisers lure those wishing to celebrate it to buy from them.   Just as they do for other celebrated days and periods as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s day etc.  None of these are Yahweh God’s,  have anything to do with Him or holiness.  In fact they are quite the opposite.  Promoting beliefs in things contrary to Yahweh.  Participation in them go beyond the monetary.  By choosing to participate in them one is choosing to honour satn the deceiver over Yahweh our creator.

This presentation is an outline of God’s intended way of life for humans and assumes the reader has a fair knowledge of bible events. A couple of weeks ago I visited a church and they were having a “Father’s Day” service in celebration of the time of year.  Churches seem to be celebrating the same pagan days as the world.  Mother’s, father’s, Valentine days and the usual Xmas etc.  They have put no difference between the holy and the profane.  Eze 22:26 Her priests have

Welcome all.  Those of you who have heard me speak before know I do not do sermons.  I impart information.  Information aimed at logical thinkers where the action that is required of them presents itself from the knowledge they have received.  Hosea says people perish or die from lack of knowledge, meaning due to ignorance.  The truth should set you free as the information you receive should make it obvious what your actions need to be.   Error is never harmless as salvation is based on the truth of God not error of belief.  Isa 26:2  Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in. 2Ti 2:15  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
