Unlocking God’s truth.
Unlocking God’s truth.
Making the connection between the Jews, Christianity and Gentiles. The Torah and the Bible. Into one understanding as descendants of Israel, the Church, God’s people. One creator, one Saviour, one way for all.
Genesis 1:1, In our beginning, there was nothing, then the God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void. Then God gave it form and filled its void with a self-sustaining environment of wonderful beauty inclusive of heavenly planets, flying birds, swimming fishes, land roaming animals and wonderful vegetation.
He then created us, humans. Starting with Adam and Eve and blessed them with this environment which included appointed special times of convocation with Him.
They and we are so awe inspiring, wonderfully and perfectly made that He gave us emotional feelings of appreciation, free will of choice and the ability to love. At that time there was and we only knew one way; love and appreciation to our creator. There was only one couple (group of people) on the earth, those loving God. Unfortunately, another created being, satn, for one reason or other, probably got jealous and tempted Adam and Eve with another way. Disobeying God and obeying him (Genesis 3:6). Their ignorance or other led them to lose the special place and privileges they had with God. Not being satisfied with all God had created for them, they were lured with “wisdom”, discovery as offered by satn. There then became a second way and group. Those disobeying God and being separated from Him. So now imagine God on the right and satn on the left with a clear dividing line of separation; obedience to and love for God. Adam and Eve who were on the right, were moved over to the left.
Genesis 4 talks of sons of Adam and Eve and the two systems. Abel who was obedient on the right and jealous Cain, who killed him, on the left. Skipping Enoch in Gen 5:22-4, as the population grew we next get Noah and his family on the right and the rest of the world on the left (Gen 6:5). This angered God and He chose to start again with Noah’s eight family members; but by Gen 12 the world has again wholly gone astray, disobeying God and worshipping satn via his many alternative god systems (Joshua 24:2). Abraham, however kept to the right (Gen 18:19; 26:5) while the rest of the world was on the left. Because of Abraham’s will to stay on the right at all costs (Gen 22:12; Duet 6:5), God promised to make his descendant’s through his son Jacob heirs of His kingdom. This promise is repeated several places in scripture; but the one I wish to use is Gen 15:13 where God told him “Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;”. This group, people, nation were to be on the right while the rest of the world chose the left (Exodus 19:5; Deut 14:2; 26:18). Psalm 135:4 says “For the LORD hath chosen Jacob unto himself, and Israel for his peculiar treasure”. This intended righteous group to whom were given the righteous ways of God by which to live, were to be a light to those on the left. The strangers, Gentile or heathen as called in scripture. To bring them back to God’s perfect way of life and salvation through the Torah or what is mistakenly called Law by translators.
Those on the left had the opportunity to join those on the right providing they adhered to “the way” (Ex 12:49; Num 15:16, 29). Lev 24:22 “Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the LORD your God”. So we still only have two groups of humans. The Bible charts the important spiritual elements of the history of this right hand group. Shining a spotlight on them like that of the main actor in a stage or other performance. The spotlight only shines on others when they interact with the main star and share the same spotlight. Likewise the heathen nations or individuals only come into the Bible’s narrative when they are relevant to the history of the main group, descendants of Jacob, Israel the nation. The books of Kings and Chronicles tells of how the Nation’s kings led them from one side to another between left, right and left according to whether they obeyed God or not. David being the best example and Jeroboam as the worse. The Nation divided itself into two halves, northern (Israel) and southern (Judah), when they conquered the Promised Land. Primarily all the kings of Israel acted according to the sins of king Jeroboam and were punished including being conquered and deported in about 722 B.C. Though Judah also at times sinned through disobedient kings, it experienced periods of revival through godly kings. However, the people always returned to pagan wickedness resulting in their punishment by God at the hands of Nebuchadnezzar who carried them into Babylon. During these periods God always sent a prophet to warn the people and encourage them to return to “the way”. The common message being obedience to God and adherence to “the way” brings blessings (2Chron 15:12-15) and disobedience, disaster and defeat (1Chron 10:13,14) as the covenant made through Moses as recorded in Deut 28 and 30:15-20. See also Nehemiah chapter 9; especially from verses 7 or 23.
As a result of the pure way being lost through too many influences to mention here; God sent His promised son to educate His Nation (Matt 10:6; 15:24). Starting with the apostles, many accepted Him as the promised Messiah (John 1:41), including Paul (Acts 9:22). They in turn were to bring the Nation (descendants of Jacob/Israel) back to God and that Nation bring the rest of the human race from the “left” back to the “righteous” side. Once all have had an opportunity to return to the “right” and either accept or reject the invitation, they will be judged and rewarded or punished by God similar to the “covenant” made in Deut 29:11; 30:15. The first large number of humans to accept the call back to “the way” after Yahsua’s ascension was in Acts 2. These were descending sons of Israel who Christians call “Jews”. They had gone to Jerusalem in accordance with the Torah to keep the holy convocation of Pentecost. They in turn took the testimony of the Apostles back to their country.
Through persecution, the message and invitation eventually reached those living under satn’s false god pagan systems. Paul especially was the deliverer of the message to these pagan congregations. We must not forget Yahsua said Joh 4:22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth. When we believe in Yahsua (called Jesus or Christ) we MUST believe the right things of Him. His right character, habits and instructions. Not the right or substitute name; but wrong theology attributed to that name.
In this web site we hope to prove to you there is not a Jew or Gentile division in the eyes of God (Rom 1:6; 2:9-10) only that of those who obey and those who do not. Wheat or tares, saved on judgement day or not. Not saved because one got baptised. Yahsua said Joh 3:3 “ … Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Not he will see the kingdom. I cannot buy an item unless I go into the shop that sells it; but for one reason or other I may not buy it. It may be out of stock, I may not have the money, I abuse the shop keeper and he refuses to sell it to me etc. One can be wrongly born again, i.e under a corrupted theology that does not save. 1Pe 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. Infact such wrong Christian or other believes could be taking you further away from God. Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
So if you really wish to seek and follow God with ALL your heart, stay with us as we take you through scripture and history to the place where God once started us and wishes us to return. Rom 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? 1Pe 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Christians and Jews – Blood brothers or separate brethren ? Israel – political accident or covenant people? Who is and where does “the Church” fit in? These and other questions are explored and answered to make the connection through prophecies past and future.
Yesha'yahu / lsaiah 19:20 And it shall be a sign and for a witness to Adonai-Tzva'ot in the land of Egypt: for they shall cry unto the ADONAI for help because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a saviour and a great one, and he shall deliver them. Isaiah 43:11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. Luk 2:11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 1 Jo 4:14 And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world. Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
Warning verses found in the Torah and Bible. Hear, Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One. You may say you know God; but does He know of you? Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. And why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? …but in vain they do worship me, teaching doctrines, the commandments of men. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them. And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: ... and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. ...
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Sat_n, which deceiveth the whole world: ... and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast! here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Yehsua (called Jesus by many).
